My principal place of residence is in the Nelson City Council - At Large area. I am also standing for the Nelson Marlborough District Health Board.

Vote to elect the first Maori woman to Nelson Council in 145 years and create history.

As a working-class rate payer, business owner and single mother, I know the financial struggles everyday Nelsonians face. I stand for everyday people and, if elected, I will look at all rate payer funded projects from a grassroots affordable level.

I have a strong business, legal, financial and diplomatic background. I hold teaching, health and administration qualifications and have worked with the Police and the Courts. As an independent candidate with a cultural heritage, I am able to listen to the wider community, with an open mind.

I will be proud to stand in the place I love.
