Temporary Road Closure - Seymour Avenue

Nelson City Council has received a proposal from Nelmac to temporarily close the following road/s to ordinary traffic between the dates listed below:

Seymour Avenue - outside no.4 only

Date and time of scheduled closure: Monday 16 September 2024 – 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Contingency dates and times when closure may occur: Tuesday 17 September 2024 – 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

The closure is for trimming of the heritage tree outside no.4.   

Vehicle access for residents/businesses, couriers and home help will be available from each end. Residents will be granted through access when safe to do so. Delays are likely. No roadside parking will be available within the small closure zone. Rubbish and recycling bins will be collected as normal, and pedestrian access will be provided safely.
